Mumbai, 30 May 2014: It was all about Virender Sehwag on the social media when Sehwag’s vintage hundred gave KXIP a 24-run victory over Chennai Super Kings in Qualifier 2 of IPL 7 and a ticket to the final.
opener blasted a 58-ball 122 for Kings XI PunjabMany present and former cricketers used Twitter to salute Sehwag for his sensational knock. Sehwag’s KXIP teammate Glenn Maxwell said he was still in awe of “the great man”. Maxwell batted with Sehwag for few overs last night. Another teammate, David Miller, calling Sehwag as “Viru Sir”, hailed his special knock.

Chennai,30 April  2010: He was one of the key performers for Chennai in the 3rd edition of IPL in 2010 when Chennai were crowned champions. He created a ipl record, where he scored 127 runs of 56 balls against the Rajasthan Royals  at the MA Chidambaram Stadium. He was awarded the Man of the Match.M vijay’s innings of 127 was punctuated by eight boundaries and 11 sixes.

New Delhi,17 May  2012:The 2012 season was perhaps Gayle’s best year in the IPL. The Delhi Daredevils were the victims of his assault at the Feroz Shah Kotla. No ground is big for a man of Gayle’s power and the small boundaries at the Kotla looked even smaller as he carted his way to 128 not out. Gayle created ipl record of  128 not out off only 62 balls, hitting 13 sixes along the way. It was a demoralizing sight for the bowlers as he dismissed everything from his presence. Bangalore went on to score 215 for one in their 20 overs, which couldn’t be chased by Delhi.

10 May 2015:The ipl record were shattered when AB de Villiers scored a sensational 133 off just 59 balls having strike rate of 225.42 hitting 19 fours and 4 sixes.  as the Royal Challengers Bangalore beat the Mumbai Indians by 39 runs in the Indian Premier League.

Ohh what a great knock by BB McCullum when he scored a ipl record breaking score of 158 not out from 74 balls ,the ball was blazing in the ground every where as he hits 10 fours and 13 sixes overall having SR of 216.43 playing KKR side and KRR won against RCB from whoping  140 runs.

23 April 2013:Gayle’s innings of 175* the highest run ever in all Twenty20 cricket, surpassing Brendon McCullum’s  ipl record of 158* for Kolkata Knight Riders against Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2008.Royal Challengers Bangalore scored the highest T20 score of 263 as Chris Gayle slammed a record 30-ball century at the Chinnaswamy Stadium on Tuesday evening when gayle storm had hit 13 fours and  record 17 sixes hit by Gayle were the most in an innings in a Twenty20 match.The team eventually defeated Pune Warriors by 130 runs.
